Chicano Deputies shot him three times from behind. 2.9.91 Steve Clemons 28 male/black On Labor Day Picnic with wife and four children. Shot as he ran from deputy and left to bleed to death. 2.9.91 Darryl A. Stephens 27 male/black SWAT team burst into his West Covina apartment looking for evidence in a case in which he was not a suspect. Shot him 28 times in the back with assault rifles. 14.10.91 Joseph Ornelas 25 male/ Acting crazy, Ornelas stole a broom from a Chicano store and tried to hijack a truck. Beaten and choked to death by deputies. 29.11.91 Henry Peco III 27 male/black Shot in Imperial Courts Housing Project by undercover LAPD dressed as gang members. Over 43 shots were fired.
